Our current processing time is 2 to 4 business days. So if you place an order Monday, you will receive tracking information that Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. If you place an order Friday, you would receive tracking information the next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Unbossd butter is absolutely still usable, fragrant and effective even when melted. Our regular shea butter isn't whipped and filled with fluff (air), and will maintain its texture once cooled, or at room temperture. If your butter arrives melted just put it in the fridge just for an hour and let it harden, take it out and let it come up to room temperature.
Raw Shea butter, if stored properly, can last 1-2 years. Store in a cool dark place-away from sunlight and/or heat to avoid chronic meltage.
